There ought to be a stupidity fee slapped on developers like this who scatter sh*t all over your system and provide no clear, simple and COMPLETE method of getting rid of it.

Perhaps you can help further...I did all of that, but what I cannot seem to get rid of are the "Missing Sync for Windows Mobile (en3)" items listed in my Network services. There are about 25 of them...all exact duplicates of each other. Can't figure out how to get rid of them...

Hi gotommy,

I feel your pain. I agree. There should be a good uninstaller provided with all products.

I'm not sure if I understand your Network services questions. I think what you need to do is go to System Preferences and then Network. In the window you should see the list of 25 items. Select them (one by one) and click the minus sign below the list. That should do it. You may need admin access to do this if the settings have been locked by an admin. Note, the minus sign is grayed out if the settings are locked. The lock at the bottom of the window will be closed if the settings are locked by an admin. Just click the lock and type in the admin password to unlock the settings.

I hope that helps.
